  • Please submit your papers by Electronic Submission System ( .pdf) and you may need an account to upload.

    For presentation only, please submit abstract. 

    English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.

Formatting Guidelines

  • Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers by the deadline, for publication in the International Journals and for oral presentation during the conference. All submissions should be written in English with a minimum paper length of Eight (8) and a maximum paper length of Ten (10) printed pages including figures without incurring additional page charges (visit here to know more). Papers exceeding 20 pages will not be accepted at ICIMP 2022.

    When preparing your final manuscript, please pay also attention to the following:
  • * If your paper has been prepared using Microsoft Word, please ensure that you have used the most current version which will help reduce word-to-pdf conversion issues such as embedded fonts, bookmarks, etc.
  • * No page numbers and no headers/footers
  • * Use non-zero PDF top and bottom margins to help indicate if there are any page numbers.
     
  • Academic Ethics

  • Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:

    1). Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
    2). Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
    3). Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
    4). Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”
